How We Work
We aim for a process that both procurement and IT can follow. Every step is documented so you can explain decisions internally and revisit them later.

We respond with a written quote and, as needed, options and trade-offs that reflect your environment and risk tolerance.

Time-Sensitive Issues
If a switch, firewall, server, or critical device is already causing outages or is at end-of-life, we can prioritize a short-term replacement path and then fold that into a longer-term plan.
